Shipping and returns
Delivery
All orders for products currently in stock are fulfilled within two business days upon confirming the order.
Shipping in Finland
Domestic shipping is handled by Posti. The shipping time for warehouse products within Finland is typically 1–5 business days. Domestic shipping is free for orders over 150 euros; postage for domestic orders under 150 euros is 5,90 euros.
EU shipping
Outside of Finland, within the EU, shipping is carried out by DHL. The shipping fee within the EU is 9,50 euros regardless of order size.
Leijona is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. Any direct or indirect harm caused by delayed delivery or other shipping-related issues are outside of our responsibility.
Norway shipping
Please note; with orders shipped to Norway the payment does not include VAT. The customer is responsible for paying possible import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes in Norway. Please see more at Norwegian customs website.

Returns
Returning items
Sometimes accidents happen or there’s a change of plans. In this case, you can exchange or return your products within 14 days of receiving the product. To make sure everything runs nice and smooth, please first contact our customer service at customerservice@leijonawatches.com
When returning products, please note that:
The product has not been used and it is in original brand new condition.
The product(s) are in their undamaged original packaging. Gently and appropriately opened packages are naturally not considered damaged.
Products have not been altered.
Packing the return items is the responsibility of the sender. Return items must be packaged carefully to make sure that they are not damaged during shipping. We do not take responsibility for damages due to inappropriately packaged returns, if the customer has neglected to take care of proper packaging. Damages due to poorly packaged returns will be charged from the customer.
Please remember to always ask for a receipt for your returns, in order to have proof in case of problematic situations.
Refunds
You will be refunded according to the payment method used during purchase.
If you used card payments, refunds will be paid to your card account. Please note that in this case we deduct shipping costs automatically.
If you used Klarna invoicing, we will deduct the cost of the return and then send you a revised invoice. The updated invoice is available at klarna.fi. You will only be billed for the items you keep plus shipping and returns fees. Refunds are handled and payed out within 14 days after the returned items arrive at our warehouse.
If you have an unpaid invoice, you must sign in at klarna.fi and report a refund in order for the return to be registered and the invoice refunded. If you have any questions, please call Klarna’s customer service 09 425 99 771.
Payment methods
Klarna & PayPal
Leijonawatches.com uses Klarna, a Finnish online banking service and international credit cards as payment methods (through PayPal).
The service is provided by Klarna Ltd, which means that invoicing is also handled through Klarna.

Paytrail acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
